What is Healthmart RX?

Healthmart RX is the newest service of Healthmart that makes prescription medicine available for online delivery.

What does Healthmart RX sell?

Healthmart only sells quality and FDA-approved prescription medicines sourced from accredited suppliers.

Are your products authentic?

We guarantee that all of our products are 100% authentic and FDA-certified. If any item is proven fake, we'll give 100% of your money back.

Do you have physical branches?

Currently, we are an online-only store. 


Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value.

How do I order prescription medicine from Healthmart RX?

1. You may browse our catalog and add items to your cart.

2. Once done adding items, you may proceed to the checkout process. You will be required to submit the following documents as part of the verification process of your order: your valid ID and your doctor’s prescription.

3. After submitting the documents, our pharmacist will verify your order. Kindly take note that we will only accept orders that match your doctor’s prescription.

4. Once your order is verified, you may proceed to payment. 


Can I order from Healthmart and Healthmart RX at the same time?

No. If you want to order products from Healthmart (vitamins, supplements, OTC, superfoods, etc.), you will need to place your order via the healthmart.ph website.


Do I need to create an account to order from your website?

No, you may checkout as a guest.


What if my product is out of stock?

You may click "NOTIFY ME WHEN RESTOCKED" and submit your email address. Once we have the product/s back in stock, you will immediately be notified.



Where does Healthmart RX deliver?

Currently, we can only serve orders in Metro Manila.


Does Healthmart RX charge for shipping? 

Yes, the shipping fee is Php149.


How long until I receive my order?

We will need 1-2 business days to verify and process your order. Once this is verified and paid, you can expect to receive your order in 1-2 business days.


How can I track my delivery?

We will provide an order confirmation number upon payment completion. You will then be notified by the courier once orders have been dispatched.

What documents do I need to prepare for my delivery?

If you will be receiving your order personally, you will need to present your valid ID before the rider can release your order.

If you will have an authorized recipient receive your order, your authorized recipient will need to present the authorization letter, a copy of your valid ID, and a copy of their valid ID.



What payment options are available?

We accept cash on delivery (COD), bank transfer, GCash, or credit/debit card transactions via PayPal.

Do you give a PWD or Senior Citizen discount?

Currently, we do not have the capability to offer discounts to PWDs and Senior Citizens. We note that the government currently has no policy regarding issuing discounts to senior citizens who transact online.


Do you accept returns or refunds?

Replacements due to damaged boxes are not accepted as orders may experience damage due to the handling of our partner couriers.

All sales are deemed final given the nature of our products. We do not accept returns unless there is an error on Healthmart's end.

For any wrong items received, please inform us within 7 days (maximum) of receiving the items for us to fix the problem.


How does 100% money-back guarantee work?

We only sell 100% authentic products. If you prove that our products are fake, let us know and we'll give 100% of your money back.



My box was damaged. What can I do?

Given that we are an online store, we note that customers' orders accept the risk of boxes of medicines getting damaged in transit with our partner couriers. Rest assured, these are just damages to the outside box as the vitamins inside are sealed and protected. Damaged boxes and seals due to transit are not considered tampering.


The picture is different from my order. What can I do?

We note that manufacturers constantly update their product packaging or the photos online may be enhanced in terms of color. As a result, images on healthmart.ph may vary from the item received. 


The seal inside my bottle was detached. What can I do?

We note that these products are sealed with plastic covering which ensure the vitamin bottles are not tampered with or opened. However, purchasing these products means customers accept the risk of some cases wherein the glue that attaches the seal inside the bottle melts due to heat while in transit. This may cause the paper seal (seen inside after opening a bottle) to detach. Items sealed with plastic, whose inside seal detaches, are not accepted for replacement.

While we do our best to ensure quick delivery and safe packaging, we cannot control the condition of our products while in transit with our partner couriers. As such, we acknowledge that there is a risk of seals located inside a product's bottle detaching while in transit due to the country's hot climate. We note that these are not products that can be considered tampered with.



What is Healthmart's cancellation policy?
